Unstuffed Egg Roll Bowls

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
- 1 cup stir fry sauce
- 2 (10.6-oz) Asian chopped salad kits
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook beef with garlic and ginger in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Season with pepper, if desired. Add stir-fry sauce; reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare salad kits according to package directions. Heat rice according to package directions.
- Divide beef mixture, rice, and salad among bowls. Serve with lime wedges.
