Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef 
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1½ Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
  • 1 cup stir fry sauce
  • 2 (10.6-oz) Asian chopped salad kits
  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook beef with garlic and ginger in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Season with pepper, if desired. Add stir-fry sauce; reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare salad kits according to package directions. Heat rice according to package directions.
  3. Divide beef mixture, rice, and salad among bowls. Serve with lime wedges.
