  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1½ cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
  • ½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli according to package directions; place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add corn, shrimp, vinaigrette, and basil; toss. Season with pepper to taste.
