White Barbecue-Bacon Sliders
Onion Rings and Creamy Mustard SlawIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (18-oz) bottle white barbecue sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (18-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls, split and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut strips of bacon in half crosswise. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, stir together beef and seasoning. Shape mixture into 18 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers. Brush with barbecue sauce, and grill 1 minute longer.
- Cut cheese slices to fit patties, and top each patty with 1 slice cheese.
- Spread desired amount of barbecue sauce on rolls. Serve cheese-topped patties on rolls with bacon.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add coleslaw; toss.
