Buttery Dill Salmon
Tzatziki Vegetables and French Bread

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2¼ lb salmon fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
- Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes. Turn fish over, add dill to skillet, and cook 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Spoon butter mixture from skillet over fish.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) French bread
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup tzatziki dip
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place on a baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl, and let cool slightly; stir in tzatziki until coated.
