Garlic and Herb Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bow tie pasta
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup less sodium chicken broth
- 1 (5.2-oz) pkg garlic herb cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding asparagus during last minute of cooking; drain and keep warm.
- Melt butter with oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and mushrooms. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is done. Add broth, cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in pasta and asparagus.
