Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) round brie cheese
  • ¼ cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 (17.3-oz) box frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ (0.88-oz) bottle candy eyeballs
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg thin sliced deli salami
  • 1 (8-oz) log goat cheese
  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 (8-oz) jar pitted castelvetrano olives, drained
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 lb seedless black grapes
  • ½ (13-oz) jar fig preserves
  • ½ (12-oz) jar honey
  • 1 (5.3-oz) box cranberry and hazelnut crisps

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut brie in half lengthwise. Spread preserves over bottom half of brie. Replace top half of brie over preserves.
  2. Unfold 1 sheet of pastry on a lightly floured surface, and roll into a 10-inch square. Place brie in center of pastry. Cut corners of pastry to make a 10-inch round.
  3. Unfold second sheet of pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll into a 14 inch square. Cut into ½-inch-thick strips.
  4. Fold edges of pastry around edges of brie. Brush sides of pastry-wrapped brie with beaten egg. Wrap pastry strips around brie and edges of pastry to resemble "mummy bandages," leaving a space at the top for eyes. Brush "bandages" with beaten egg. Place pastry-wrapped brie on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Arrange candy eyeballs on brie.
  6. Meanwhile, roll goat cheese log in bagel seasoning.
  7. Place candy eyeballs on mozzarella pearls and olives.
  8. Place baked brie on a serving platter. Arrange salami around brie to resemble hair. Place goat cheese log, mozzarella pearls, olives, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, fig preserves, and crackers on platter. Fill a plastic syringe with honey, if desired.
