Crispy Italian Burritos
Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni, halved
- 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 6 burrito size flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 Tbsp butter, divided
Instructions
- Cook beef and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in pizza sauce and seasoning.
- Spread beef mixture down centers of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up. Wipe skillet clean.
- Melt 3 Tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat. Add 3 wraps, and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and crisp. Repeat with 3 Tbsp butter and remaining wraps.
