Cheeseburger Meatballs with Special Sauce
French Fries
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup finely chopped pickles, divided
- 1½ tsp garlic powder, divided
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly beat egg in a large bowl. Add beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, 6 Tbsp pickles, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper; gently mix together using your hands. Shape mixture into 1½-inch meatballs.
- Arrange meatballs on a lightly greased rack over a large rimmed baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp pickles, ketchup, mustard, paprika, and ½ tsp garlic powder. Serve meatballs with sauce for dipping.
