Ingredients

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 lb ground sirloin
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ¾ cup less sodium beef broth
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together onion, 2 Tbsp oil, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning in a bowl; shape into 6 patties.
  3. Cook patties in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side. Add broth; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until done. Top with onions and cheese slice; cover and cook 1 minute or until melted. Serve patties with broth mixture.

  • 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions. Sprinkle with pepper.
