Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) loaf sourdough bread
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 3 green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread into diamonds, cutting about 1 inch from bottom of loaf; stuff cheeses into crevices. Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Stir together melted butter, green onions, parsley, and garlic; brush over bread. Bake 20 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
