Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread into diamonds, cutting about 1 inch from bottom of loaf; stuff cheeses into crevices. Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Stir together melted butter, green onions, parsley, and garlic; brush over bread. Bake 20 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
