BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg penne pasta
- ½ (5-oz) pkg frozen plant based bacon
- ¼ cup vegan Ranch dressing
- ½ (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer pasta to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook plant-based bacon according to package directions. Chop into bite-size pieces.
- Toss pasta with dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with plant-based bacon. Serve immediately.
