Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground chicken
  • ¾ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • ¼ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and seasoning in a bowl. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
  2. Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  3. Melt butter in same skillet over medium heat; add flour, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and broth; cook, stirring 2 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire.
  4. Return patties to skillet; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (24-oz) container refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups spinach

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions. Stir in spinach until wilted.
