Meat Loaf Burgers with Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground chicken
- ¾ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
- ¼ cup less sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine chicken and seasoning in a bowl. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt butter in same skillet over medium heat; add flour, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and broth; cook, stirring 2 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire.
- Return patties to skillet; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.

- ½ (24-oz) container refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 2 cups spinach
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions. Stir in spinach until wilted.
