Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-oz) can vegetarian chili
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen whole kernel corn
  • ½ (11-oz) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced or chopped
  • ¾ cup refrigerated salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat chili and corn in a large saucepan, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Spread chips on a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Top with chili mixture and cheese.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with avocado. Serve with salsa.
