Candied Pecans

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Bob Evans Liquid Egg White
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb pecan halves
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Beat liquid egg white in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla. Add pecan halves, stirring to coat.
- Stir together sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add coated pecans, stirring until coated with sugar mixture.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
