Cranberry, Proscuitto, and Brie Crescent Wreath

Ingredients
- 2 (8-count) cans crescent roll dough
- 1 (14-oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce, divided
- 1 (8-oz) round Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 (6-oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ (0.5-oz) pkg fresh rosemary sprigs
- ½ (0.5-oz) pkg fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate each package of crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Arrange triangles in a sunburst pattern on a lightly greased baking sheet, with pointed ends of the triangle facing outward, bases overlapping, and leaving an 8-inch diameter in center.
- Press overlapping dough together to adhere triangles.
- Spread ⅔ can cranberry sauce around base of crescent dough. Top with cheese, prosciutto, and remaining cranberry sauce.
- Pull end points of crescent triangles over filling and tuck under dough to form a wreath (some filling should be visible). Brush dough with egg.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Garnish with rosemary and thyme.
