Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground chicken
  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Using your hands, gently mix together chicken, breadcrumbs, nuts, 1 tsp seasoning, and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Roll chicken mixture into 1½-inch balls. Place on two large greased rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center, shaking pans after 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. Add broth, cream, and 1 tsp seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Add meatballs to skillet, stirring to coat.
