Chicken Meatballs in Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground chicken
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup less sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Using your hands, gently mix together chicken, breadcrumbs, nuts, 1 tsp seasoning, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Roll chicken mixture into 1½-inch balls. Place on two large greased rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center, shaking pans after 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. Add broth, cream, and 1 tsp seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Add meatballs to skillet, stirring to coat.
