Sparkling Mint Limeade

Ingredients
- 30 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup alcohol free Chardonnay
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Ice cubes
- 1 liter sparkling water, chilled
Instructions
- Combine mint, wine, lime juice, and honey in a pitcher; muddle gently with a wooden spoon. Add ice.
- Pour sparkling water over mint mixture. Serve immediately.
