Creamy Lemon Shrimp
Zucchini Spirals
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1¼ lb unpeeled large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, zest, seasoning, salt, and red pepper; simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.
- Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and sauce is thickened.

- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook zucchini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
