Creamy Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1¼ lb unpeeled large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
  2. Stir in cream, zest, seasoning, salt, and red pepper; simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and sauce is thickened.

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg zucchini spirals
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook zucchini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
