Italian Chicken Wings
Guacamole with Celery and Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- 2½ lb chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup less sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Combine wings, oil, oregano, garlic salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, tossing to coat wings.
- Transfer wings to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Add broth. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch celery, cut into 2 inch sticks
- 4 carrots, cut into 2 inch sticks
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except celery and carrots in a bowl; mash until combined.
- Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
