Roast Beef Pitas with BBQ-Ranch
Chilled Red Grapes
Ingredients
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ lb thin deli sliced low sodium roast beef
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half crosswise and split
Instructions
- Stir together dressing and barbecue sauce.
- Stuff roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion into pita halves. Drizzle with dressing mixture.

- 2⅔ cups seedless red grapes
