- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 head Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, olives, parsley, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Serve tuna salad and iceberg lettuce in Bibb lettuce leaves.
