Garlicky Shrimp Marinara with Pasta and Feta

Ingredients

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated linguine
  • 2 lb peeled and devined large raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Cook shrimp and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shrimp are just done. Remove shrimp from skillet, using a slotted spoon.
  3. Add marinara sauce to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Return shrimp to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Divide pasta among 6 plates; top with shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.

  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
