Ingredients
- ½ (18-oz) pkg frozen oven roasters red potato wedges and onions
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp garlic and herb butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread potato mixture and garlic in a single layer on a large greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle steak all over with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes. Flip and cook 4 to 6 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from heat. Top with butter; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak.
- Serve steak with roasted potatoes.

- 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- 2 oz fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- ¼ cup seasoned croutons

- Toss together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
