Ingredients

  • 6 slices center cut bacon
  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup diced pickled jalapenos
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  2. Combine beef, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Add patties to drippings in skillet; cook 5 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Meanwhile, combine jalapeños, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, chili powder, and garlic powder. Dollop mixture over patties; top with cheese. Cover, and cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 (3.5-oz) pouches boil in bag brown rice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together broccoli, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Roast 15 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring halfway through.
  2. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
