Mint-Lime Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 5 Tbsp gin
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: lime wedge, fresh mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Add mint, gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and 1 cup ice to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain mixture into a coupe glass. Garnish, if desired.
