Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed ham 
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top with ham and cheese.
  2. Mix together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl. Pour over casserole; stir well. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions.
  2. Combine butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; drizzle over green beans.
