Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 6 burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup hamburger dill chips
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ cup mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F; place 2 large baking sheets in oven while preheating.
  2. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning and mayonnaise.
  3. Arrange cheese slices over one side of each tortilla. Top with meat mixture, shredded cheese, and pickles. Fold side of tortillas over filling.
  4. Spray preheated baking sheets with cooking spray. Transfer quesadillas to pan and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Serve with ketchup and mustard, for dipping.

  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa

  1. Serve chips with salsa.
