Creamy Mango Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- ¾ cup 2 percent reduced fat ultra filtered milk
- 1 (5.3-oz) container fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 1½ cups crushed or cubed ice
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup coconut chips
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Process mango, lime juice, ginger, milk, yogurt, and desired amount of ice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Divide smoothie among 4 bowls; top with blueberries, nuts, coconut chips, and chia seeds.
