Creamy Mango Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • ¾ cup 2 percent reduced fat ultra filtered milk
  • 1 (5.3-oz) container fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 1½ cups crushed or cubed ice
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut chips
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process mango, lime juice, ginger, milk, yogurt, and desired amount of ice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Divide smoothie among 4 bowls; top with blueberries, nuts, coconut chips, and chia seeds.
