Ingredients

  • 4 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds
  • ½ cup unsweetened organic barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced fat Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce over pitas; top with chicken, bell pepper, and cheese.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
