Cheesy Barbecue Chicken Pitas
Pineapple-Kiwi Toss
Ingredients
- 4 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds
- ½ cup unsweetened organic barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
- ¾ cup shredded reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce over pitas; top with chicken, bell pepper, and cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
