Greek-Style Beef Gyros
Creamy Yogurt-Cucumber SauceIngredients
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 Tbsp salt free Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Add onion, Greek seasoning, and salt; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Arrange 2 lettuce leaves in stacks of 4 each; fill with beef mixture, tomatoes, and cheese. Roll up. Serve with Creamy Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce recipe.

- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 English cucumber, grated
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

- Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl; stir in cucumber and dill.
