One-Pot Creamy Beef and Pasta

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes with basil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cavatappi pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to pan.
- Stir in tomatoes, water, pasta, cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle servings with cheese.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread in a single layer. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
