Ingredients

  • 2 ground beef patties
  • 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • ¼ cup garlic aioli
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
  2. Serve burgers on buns with aioli, lettuce, and tomatoes.
