Ingredients
- 2 ground beef patties
- 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ¼ cup garlic aioli
- 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
- ½ tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Sprinkle patties on all sides with pepper and salt. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink in centers. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Serve burgers on buns with aioli, lettuce, and tomatoes.
