Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp stone ground mustard
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap with a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, and cook 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Add apples to drippings in skillet; cook until browned. Add broth, brown sugar, and mustard, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, and cook 1 minute.

- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable butter and garlic rice
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 1 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; place in a serving bowl, and stir in butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
