Potato Tot Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
  • 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen miniature potato tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with corn and green beans.
  2. Stir together soup, Italian seasoning, and pepper; pour over vegetables, and spread into an even layer. Top with cheese. Arrange potato tots over cheese.
  3. Bake 45 minutes or until tots are golden brown.

  1. Serve fruit on the side.
