Potato Tot Shepherd's Pie
Fruit SaladIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen miniature potato tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with corn and green beans.
- Stir together soup, Italian seasoning, and pepper; pour over vegetables, and spread into an even layer. Top with cheese. Arrange potato tots over cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes or until tots are golden brown.
