Easy Meatball Subs
Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen Italian style meatballs
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut rolls in half lengthwise, cutting to but not through rolls; place on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine meatballs and marinara sauce in a large microwave-safe bowl. Loosely cover, and heat according to package directions for microwave. Spoon saucy meatballs into toasted rolls; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes into ¼-inch-thick wedges.
- Toss together potatoes and remaining ingredients on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread in a single layer.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and crisp.
