Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) skin on salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer for 10 minutes at 390°F.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Stir together melted butter, garlic, brown sugar, and chili powder. Rub mixture over tops of salmon. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Place salmon, skin side down in air fryer basket, leaving ½-inch space between each fillet. Air fry 7 to 9 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
