Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup quick cooking oats
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Combine beef, sausage, onion, garlic, cheese, oats, ricotta, eggs, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray. Heat air fryer to 400°F. Place meatballs, ½-inch apart, in air fryer basket. Air fry, in batches, 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in centers. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
- Heat marinara sauce according to package directions. Serve as dipping sauce for meatballs.
