Crispy Buffalo Chicken WIngs

Ingredients
- 4 lb chicken drummettes
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Olive oil cooking spray
- ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Stir together baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl. Add wings; toss.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange chicken in an even layer, ½ inch apart, in air fryer basket. Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
- Air fry, in batches, 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until chicken is done. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Meanwhile, combine wing sauce, brown sugar, and butter in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Brush mixture over crispy chicken.
