Air Fryer Cookie Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F. Beat butter and sugars at medium speed with a mixer until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
- Stir togther flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Press batter into a lightly greased 8-inch cake pan. Air fry 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
