Air Fryer Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 325°F. Beat butter and sugars at medium speed with a mixer until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
  2. Stir togther flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  3. Press batter into a lightly greased 8-inch cake pan. Air fry 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
