Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cakes

Ingredients
- ½ (4-oz) bittersweet chocolate bar, chopped
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 miniature chocolate peanut butter cups
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until melted; whisking until blended.
- Whisk in sugar, egg, and yolk until well blended. Add flour; whisk until smooth. Divide three-fourths of batter among 2 lightly greased (8-oz) ramekins, reserving one-fourth of batter.
- Nestle 1 peanut butter cup in chocolate mixture in each ramekin. Top with remaining batter.
- Air fry 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm and centers are soft but do not jiggle.
- Cool 2 minutes; run a knife around edges of ramekins to loosen cakes. Invert cakes onto 2 dessert plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
