Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) box dark chocolate brownie mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup water
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup raspberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using melted butter, water, and 1 egg.
- Whisk together cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Pour brownie batter into a parchment paper-lined 9-inch baking pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture and preserves over batter; swirl into batter using a toothpick or knife.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
