Korean Beef Stir Fry
Sesame Broccoli Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Combine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve beef mixture over Sesame Broccoli Rice recipe; top with cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced broccoli
- ½ Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
