Ingredients

  • 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg fully cooked seasoned beef brisket
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crusts on a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  2. Meanwhile, heat beef according to package directions; coarsely chop.
  3. Top mozzarella with beef, tomato, onion, and blue cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is crisp.

  • 1 (10-oz) container baby spinach
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
