Brisket and Blue Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16-oz) pkg fully cooked seasoned beef brisket
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crusts on a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Meanwhile, heat beef according to package directions; coarsely chop.
- Top mozzarella with beef, tomato, onion, and blue cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is crisp.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) container baby spinach
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
