Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a greased large baking dish; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Drizzle with dressing.
  2. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done and cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions in microwave. Meanwhile, combine basil, shallot, lemon juice, and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add hot cooked green beans and tomatoes to bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
