Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups finely chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 (13.1-oz) box entertainment cracker selection
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, dressing mix, and chicken in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended. Shape mixture into a log; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Unwrap log and roll in pecans to coat, pressing gently to adhere. Serve with crackers.
