Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, panko, egg, Worcestershire, Dijon, and 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce; shape mixture into a 6-inch loaf on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Stir together 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce and honey spread over top of loaf.
  3. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ (15-oz) pkg frozen green peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions; stir in cheese.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
