Honey Barbecue Meatloaf
Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Peas

Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, panko, egg, Worcestershire, Dijon, and 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce; shape mixture into a 6-inch loaf on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
- Stir together 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce and honey spread over top of loaf.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (15-oz) pkg frozen green peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions; stir in cheese.
- Steam peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
