Cilantro-Lime Tuna Salad-Stuffed Avocados
Fresh Strawberries
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1½ Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 (5-oz) cans wild caught albacore tuna
- 4 avocados, halved
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Add tuna; toss.
- Top avocado halves with tuna salad.
