Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1½ Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 (5-oz) cans wild caught albacore tuna
  • 4 avocados, halved

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Add tuna; toss.
  2. Top avocado halves with tuna salad.
