Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
Sautéed Sesame Noodles and VegetablesIngredients
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- ½ (12-oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Place pork in a lightly greased 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Pour sweet and sour sauce and water over pork. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until tender. Slice before serving.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg rice noodles
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until tender.
- Add noodles, green onions, and sesame seeds; cook 2 minutes until thoroughly heated. Stir in soy sauce.
