Creamy Cauliflower Cheese "Grits"Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) flat iron steak
- ½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of steak with Montreal seasoning and pepper.
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup less sodium chicken broth
- ¼ tsp hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower, garlic salt, and pepper in hot oil in a saucepan over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Add broth and hot sauce. Cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Stir in cheese.
