Creamy Cauliflower Cheese "Grits"

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) flat iron steak
  • ½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of steak with Montreal seasoning and pepper.
  2. Cook steak in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower, garlic salt, and pepper in hot oil in a saucepan over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add broth and hot sauce. Cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Stir in cheese.
