Cashew Beef and Cabbage Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
- ½ cup sliced onion
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded coleslaw
Instructions
- Cook garlic and ginger in 2 tsp hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add onion; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Add beef; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in carrot, nuts, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and 1 tsp oil.
- Divide coleslaw among 4 bowls; top with beef mixture.
